PoolVilla Genesis is a panoramic villa situated in a small mountain village on the top of Positano (500 meters above sea level); in a unique location with the most incredible view of the Amalfi Coast. The property was fully renovated five years ago and today it is a beautiful and elegant 3-story villa equipped with all the modern facilities. It can accommodate up to ten persons in five bedrooms, four of which have a private balconies with breathtaking views. All the guest rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and wi-fi. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen opening to a private alfresco dining terrace, a lovely open-plan living room and dining area including a flat satellite smart TV and a bar corner with fridge, ice machine and a small wine cellar. Outside there is a stunning infinity heated pool with a large solarium deck and a sitting area offering incredible panoramic views.
This exclusive property is set in a peaceful place far away from the busy town and surrounded by an untouched natural landscape of oak trees, lemon groves and vine yards. The access to the villa is 10 minutes walking distance from the local road including 90 steps and a pedestrian path to the main gate. A luggage porter service is included in the rental price (a donkey will help you with the luggage). Guests can reach the centre of Positano within 20 minutes driving and the nearest beach is 6 km away. In addition, a special transportation agreement is available at an extra cost including a shuttle service to the centre of the town. Please note that this villa is not recommended for persons that have any walking or severe health difficulty.

Security Deposit: €1,000 upon arrival to be paid either by credit card or in cash and in Euros.
Mandatory Visitor’s Tax: €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night applicable for the first 7 nights of the stay to be paid on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.

- The above optional services are available upon request and payable on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Villa Terms:
- The minimum rental stay is 3 nights.
- Check-in from 4pm to 6pm and check-out until 10 am. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival either in cash (in Euros) or by credit card. It will be refunded to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- The outdoor swimming pool is heated between the months of October and March (autumn and winter only). The maximum temperature would be 27-29 C° (80-84 F°).
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 12 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 12 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
