The ground floor houses a spacious bright living room and a cozy lounge with a small indoor garden and a beautiful marble bathroom with reacalls the ancient Pompeii due to its antique columns and large shower with waterfall. The fascinating interior has been tastefully decorated to the last detail with arches, frescoes on the vaulted ceilings in pastel colours, vintage fabrics and antique furniture. For larger groups, the lounge can turn into a bedroom suite accommodating two more guests. The modern kitchen and dining area are furnished with elegant design elements and antique engravings of the Amalfi Coast. The fully equipped kitchen is at your complete disposal for preparation of meals and cooking classes, while a personal chef can be also requested either for a few evenings or for your entire stay. A door opens onto a charming patio paved with ancient stones and equipped with fine wicker furniture and beautiful plants ideal for taking breakfast.
The bedrooms which are distributed between the ground and first floor have all private bathrooms and air-conditioning. A few steps down from the ground floor, is a magnificent indoor pool with vaulted ceiling, frescoes, a skylight, soft lighting, jets, hydro-massage and chromo therapy creating an ideal environment to relax and discover a new dimension of wellness. Outside, there is a brand new saltwater pool with sun lounges and a sitting area overlooking the infinite blue of the sea and sky. Security Deposit: €1,500 upon arrival to be paid on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Mandatory Visitor’s Tax: €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night applicable for the first 7 nights of the stay to be paid on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Occupancy: Villa Almandine accommodates 8 persons in 4 bedrooms. For a group requiring 5 bedrooms, the lounge can turn into an extra bedroom on request at an extra cost accommodating two additional guests.

- The above optional services are available upon request and payable on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Villa Terms:
- Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of 7 nights.
- Check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm and check-out until 10 am. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- A security deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be refunded to guests upon departure, after checking if there is any loss or damage in the property.
- The clients are responsible for leaving the property in a tidy condition. The cost of any loss or damage caused by the guests to fixtures or fittings of the property, will be deducted by the Owner from the security deposit.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 10 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 10 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
