Its convenient setting in the heart of Sorrento provides easy access to explore the rest of the Amalfi Coast. Villa Ruby has been renovated to a very high standard combining a modern style with touches of antique collections and treasures including paintings, sculptures and vases that were gathered by the family from travelling around the world. The interior is designed into different levels and some of the spaces have an open-concept layout. The open-plan living space creates a good flow in the house while the separate levels allow spaces to preserve their distinct character and functionality.
The spacious double-height living room is finely appointed with elegant pieces of furniture and filled with plenty of natural light. A small mezzanine overlooking the living room functions as a cozy library and study area. There is a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, one formal and sophisticated dining area with a modern fireplace and a second less formal dining room with sofas and a TV. Downstairs there is a lovely fitness area with modern equipment at your complete disposal and you can also book a gym session with a personal trainer upon request. Alternatively you can enjoy a yoga or pilates session at the garden during sunset time. The villa features a beautiful garden with a large plunge pool, a solarium area where you can spend a day relaxing and a fully equipped terrace for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor parking available on the grounds the property.
The villa can comfortably accommodate ten guests in five exclusive bedrooms with refined furniture. For larger groups, it can be rented together with its guest apartment on request accommodating two more guests. The completely independent apartment has a separate entrance and comprise a sitting area with a double sofa-bed and a kitchenette, one bedroom and one full bathroom. Three hours of daily maid service is included and an on-site concierge will assist with providing significant information for all the local restaurants and excursions. The owners have exclusively decorated the interior to every detail adding modern comfort to make this a superb holiday retreat.
During your stay, an onsite property manager can provide significant information for local restaurants, tours and excursion in the Amalfi Coast. Three hours of daily maid service is complementary and upon request, a chef service is available for preparing lunch and dinner. You will have the opportunity to taste some of the best and most delicious dishes of the region and learn useful tips while watching the chef preparing the meals. You will also learn which wines best match each course. Other activities that can be organised outside the grounds of the villa include hands-on Neapolitan cooking classes, pizza making and handmade gelato (ice cream) courses as well as visits to different factories that produce typical Neapolitan products such as Limoncello, roasted coffee, honey and pasta where you will participate in the production process!

Occupancy: Villa Ruby accommodates 10 persons in 5 bedrooms and for a larger group it can be rented together with its guest apartment at an extra cost on request for two additional persons accommodating a total of 12 guests.

Villa Terms:
- Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of 7 nights.
- Check-in is after 2 pm and check-out until 11 am. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- A security deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be refunded to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- The villa it is not suitable for disabled people.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 8 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 8 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
