PoolVilla Papavero sits at the foot of the Chianti hills between the ancient city of Arezzo and Siena. It is surrounded by an enchanting landscape with olive groves, vineyards and oak woods offering the perfect setting to enjoy and pursue pleasant nature-related experiences.
The five-bedroom villa has been carefully restored preserving its original architectural features combining antique, modern and traditional design styles. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a large dining area with seating for twelve guests and adjacent, a Tuscan style kitchen equipped with modern appliances. The charming bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with period pieces of furniture. Each of the rooms has air-conditioning and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with beautiful hand painted ceramic tiles. The private bathroom in the master bedroom has also a whirlpool bathtub.
The property has extensive outdoor gardens with beautiful lawns and traditional terracotta pots full of colourful seasonal flowers. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are situated on a higher part offering expansive views of the Chianti rural countryside. Near the pool there is a semi outdoor terrace with dining for all the guests and a kitchen including a professional stove, brick pizza-oven, barbecue and refrigerators. A few steps away there is also a changing room with bathroom, shower and sauna.

- The above optional services are available upon request and payable on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Villa Terms:
- Rentals are for a minimum of 3 nights.
- A security deposit of €500,00 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm and check-out until 10am. Late check out is subject to availability. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- The villa is not responsible in cases of any delays due to weather or any other circumstances beyond their control.
- The swimming pool opens from the beginning of April to the end of October, depending on the weather condition.
- No smoking permitted.
- Pets are not permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 10 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 10 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
