Set on a hilltop and within 8 km from the town of Chania, Villa Magnolia offers spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.  The property features two separate units, both accommodating a total of fourteen guests in seven bedrooms.  The bright and spacious interiors have been designed with great attention to every detail to blend traditional charm with modern amenities and comfort, creating a sophisticated ambience.  The villa is divided into two levels, each housing an independent unit with its own private entrance ensuring complete privacy for the guests.  Each unit has an open-plan living room with sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, the guest rooms and plenty of beautiful outdoor terraces directly accessed by all the living areas offering stunning views over the sea and gardens.

Villa Magnolia is surrounded by a magnificent large garden with plenty of aromatic flowers and olive trees.  There is a large private saltwater swimming pool with sun lounges and next to it, a beautifully shaded alfresco dining area under a pergola with seating for fourteen persons and a charming barbecue.  During your stay, you can enjoy the numerous lovely beaches around the area and relax at the pool area which offers a perfect setting with stunning views towards the sea.  This retreat is ideal for large family gatherings or group of friends seeking to experience a memorable summer vacation.  Other activities that are available to enhance your vacation include SPA, sailing excursions, scuba diving and wine tasting.

Occupancy:  Villa Magnolia accommodates up to 14 persons in 7 bedrooms.  One extra bed can be added only for a child up to 12 years old upon request at an additional cost.

Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include VAT Tax and service charges.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Villa Terms:

  • For 2020 there is no mandatory minimum stay or particular check in day.
  • Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out at 10 am.  You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival. Earlier or late check-in may be available on request but requires advance notice.  
  • The pool is closed from November until the end of March.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • No smoking permitted.

General Terms:

  • For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
  • Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include VAT Tax or unless otherwise noted.
  • Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros).  Please check with your villa specialist for more details.
  • All prices and services are subject to change without any previous notice. 
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit Terms:  

A non-refundable deposit of 45% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.

Final Payment Terms:  

Due 60 days prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).

Cancellation Policy:  

45% deposit is non-refundable.  Bookings canceled within 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
