PoolVilla la Sirenetta is an enchanting and beautifully restored historic villa only 10 minutes from the ancient walled city of Lucca. The property was originally built as a hunting lodge in the early 19th century. Today it has been converted to an exclusive Tuscan retreat surrounded by a splendid park decorated with antique fountains, water features, time-forgotten courtyards and lemon scented Italian gardens.
The villa is equipped with all the modern comforts and offers excellent service, while preserving its traditional features including wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, ornamental fireplaces, antique furniture and large windows overlooking the surrounding hills and olive groves. On the ground floor, there is an elegant and spacious living room with a fireplace, a formal dining area with seating for twenty-four persons and a fully equipped kitchen in Tuscan style. The kitchen has direct access to a lovely ancient courtyard perfect for al fresco dining with seating for all the guests. There are also some leisure areas such as a music room with piano and guitar, a billiards room with games for all ages and a wine tasting room with a private collection of Tuscan wines. The first floor consists of twelve luxurious and individually styled bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms accommodating up to twenty-four guests.
The grounds of the villa host a beautiful floodlit private swimming pool and plenty of sunlounges where you can enjoy the peacefulness of the Tuscan countryside. Near the swimming pool area there is a fitness room with access to the garden and a reading room equipped with wicker furniture and large windows overlooking the pool. This is the ideal place to relax while reading a book or enjoying a massage and beauty treatment. Your stay includes a personal chef and maid service six days a week. Cooking classes can be organized with the top chefs of the villa who will reveal the secrets of the Italian and Tuscan cuisine.
During your stay at this exclusive holiday retreat you can experience several activities including wine tasting, horseback riding, golf, tennis, hot air balloon and private helicopter excursions for a magnificent aerial adventure. Villa Terms:
- Rentals during high season are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights).
- For rentals during low and mid-season, a minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
- During high season, in case of any special request, the minimum stay could be reconsidered.
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out until 12pm. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- A security deposit of €5,000 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Pets are allowed with an extra fee.
- No smoking permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 12 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings cancelled within 12 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
