This exclusive family owned property has been finely restored to offer the best comfort accommodating six guests in three enchanting apartment suites. It is located in a quiet area in the city centre, 85 steps downhill from the main road and comprises multi-level spacious terraces and patios with panoramic views of the rocky coastline and azure sea. The history of the Villa starts in the fifties when a Finnish lady decided to move to southern Italy and look for her ideal place to settle down. Traveling through the Amalfi Coast, she fall in love with the romantic town of Positano and the fascinating beauty of its landscape so she started building her home on the cliffside.
Each apartment suite has a breathtaking sea view and opens onto a spacious private terrace. The elegant interiors are adorned with Vietri floor tiles, recessed ceilings and stylish antiques. The junior suite features an open-plan living space including a sitting and sleeping area, a private bathroom, a fitness room and an outdoor heated jacuzzi with sun beds and a lovely gazebo. Each of the two other suites is composed by an open-plan living room and kitchen corner well equipped with innovative appliances, a double bedroom and a private bathroom. One of these two suites has a second bedroom without a view which can accommodate two additional guests in two single beds at an additional cost. All suites are equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV, telephone, safe boxes, mini bars and coffee machines. The grounds of the property comprise apart from the apartment suites, the main house where the family lives.
During your stay, you can relax either in the swimming pool area overlooking the main beach of Positano or in the exclusive lounge bar on the roof terrace where you can enjoy superb panoramic views accompanied by a glass of wine or a delicious cocktail. The property features direct private access to the beach which is reachable by descending 150 steps. The staff of the villa will cuddle you from the moment that you wake up with tasty breakfasts including fresh ingredients and special treats. A concierge will welcome you on your arrival and will be at your complete disposal for helping you reserve authentic restaurants, recommending you exclusive trips and organising personalised tours by car or boat. A cooking class with an Italian chef from Naples can be also organised upon request where you will have the chance to see the process of preparing some typical dishes of the Amalfi Coast and taste them once they are cooked. The amazing view of Positano, the multicoloured sunsets of the Amalfi Coast along with the unique hospitality will offer you a timeless and memorable holiday.

Villa Terms:
- Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights).
- Check-in is from 3 pm to 7 pm and check-out from 7 am to 11 am. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival.
- A security deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Children over 10 years old are welcome.
- Pets are not allowed.
General Terms:
- For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 4 weeks prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 4 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
