Villa Filomena is surrounded by large panoramic gardens and a beautiful patio, a saltwater swimming pool with a waterfall and a lovely panoramic roof solarium terrace furnished with lounge chairs and parasol.  There is also an on-site parking for several vehicles.  The two-story villa features a double open plan living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room with an antique fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen.  The living room and dining area have floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening directly onto a beautiful shaded patio luxuriously furnished with white sofas and a large table for al fresco dining and magnificent aperitifs at sunset.  On the ground floor there is also a lovely suite with private bathroom and direct access to the front garden as well as a laundry room.  The first-floor houses two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathroom.  Both bedrooms have an open plan layout with the lower floor, but they are totally private.  From one of the bedrooms guests can access the large panoramic roof terrace.  The individually styled bedrooms have comfortable large double beds and are equipped with air conditioning.  

The villa can be also rented fully staffed upon request with services including housekeeping, laundry, extra linen change, refrigerator and wine pre-stocking, private cook for lunch/dinner and a driver at very reasonable rates.
