First, Second & Third Level

• Three bedrooms distributed on the first two levels of the villa.  Their layout consist of an open-plan bathroom, a sitting area and a private sea view balcony accommodating up to three persons (the 3rd person to sleep on a single sofa bed).

• Five extensive suites distributed over the three levels of the villa.  Their layout consists of a master bedroom, a separate living room with double sofa-bed, two bathrooms and an outdoor dinning area accommodating up to four persons.  Two of suites are also equipped with their own private infinity pool and outdoor lounging area. 
• An open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for six persons with the possibility to accommodate up to thirty persons is located in one of the suites on the first level.  This is the main kitchen of the villa that can serve all the guests.   
• A spacious semi-outdoor terrace on the second level with a large built-in sofa, armchairs, coffee tables and a dining area for eight persons with the possibility to accommodate up to thirty persons boasting breathtaking sunset views..

• Guest room 1 (First level) – Bedroom suite for up to 4 person including:
  • A master bedroom with a choice of king or twin bedding, wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower & double vanity; access to a small private sea view balcony.
  • A separate living room with double sofa-bed, wardrobes and a second fully equipped bathroom with shower; access to an outdoor private terrace equipped with a daybed and a dining table overlooking the sea.

• Guest room 2 (First level) – Bedroom for up to 3 persons with a choice of king or twin bedding, wardrobes, an open-plan bathroom with designer bathtub & double vanity, separate shower/wc, a sitting area with single sofa-bed and a small private sea view balcony.

• Guest room 3 (First level) – Bedroom suite for up to 5 persons including:
  • A master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobes, a sitting area with single sofa-bed and an open-plan bathroom with designer bathtub, double vanity and separate shower/wc.
  • A separate living room with double sofa-bed, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 6 persons with the possibility to accommodate up to 30 pax (this is the main kitchen of the villa that can serve all the guests); wardrobes and a second fully equipped bathroom with shower.
  • An outdoor private terrace with sun beds, a shaded dining area and a private infinity pool with sea views.

• Guest room 4 (Second level) – Bedroom for up to 3 persons with a choice of king or twin bedding, wardrobes, an open-plan bathroom with designer bathtub & double vanity, separate shower/wc, a sitting area with single sofa-bed and a large private sea view balcony with a sofa, sun beds and a dining table.

• Guest room 5 (Second level) – Bedroom for up to 3 persons with a choice of king or twin bedding, wardrobes, an open-plan bathroom with designer bathtub & double vanity, separate shower/wc, a sitting area with single sofa-bed and a small private sea view balcony.

• Guest room 6 (Second level) – Bedroom suite for up to 4 persons including:
  • A master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobes, a designer bathtub and an en-suite bathroom with shower & double vanity; access to a small private sea view balcony.
  • A separate living room with double sofa-bed, a small dining table for 4 persons, wardrobes and a second fully equipped bathroom with shower; access to an outdoor private terrace with sun beds, a shaded dining area and a private infinity pool with sea views.

• Guest room 7 (Third level) – Master bedroom suite for up to 4 persons including:
  • A master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, steam cabin & double vanity; access to a private sea view balcony with outdoor sitting area.
  • A separate living room with double sofa-bed, wardrobes and a second fully equipped bathroom with shower; access to a private sea view balcony with a daybed and a dining table.

• Guest room 8 (Third level) – Master bedroom suite for up to 4 persons including:
  • A master bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, steam cabin & double vanity; access to a private sea view balcony.
  • A separate living room with double sofa-bed, wardrobes and a second fully equipped bathroom with shower; access to a private balcony with a dining table.

All guest rooms are equipped with a smart TV and individually adjusted air conditioning.
