The Cycladic Gem is located at Houlakia Area, only 5km from the scenic town of Mykonos.  Built with respect for the traditional Cycladic architecture and in harmony with the natural setting, this beautiful two-story house offers an authentic Mykonian living experience with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea.  The interiors are spacious, tastefully decorated yet simple and elegant equipped with modern amenities that offer a sense of autonomy and comfort.  

The ground level features a spacious sitting and dining area with playroom opening onto a beautiful shaded dining terrace while the first level has a large living room, a dining area and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen.  The four bedrooms are distributed between the two levels and there is also an independent apartment suite including a kitchen and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.  Guests can enjoy relaxing moments at the private outdoor pool as well as the alfresco shaded terraces overlooking the sea and offering inspiring sunset views.

Occupancy:  The villa accommodates up to 10 persons in 5 double bedrooms. 

Security Deposit:  €500 upon arrival to be paid on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.

Mandatory Stay Over Tax:  €0.50 per night per villa to be paid on-the-spot upon check-out.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Villa Terms:

  • There is no minimum night stay.
  • Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at 11 am.  You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival. 
  • A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival (either in euro cash or through credit card).  It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the property.
  • The property has a maximum capacity of 10 persons.
  • Mandatory Stayover Tax of €0.50 per night to be paid on-the-spot.
  • Pets are allowed.
  • Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor areas.

General Terms:

  • Due to the fact that there are no street names in most of the towns of the island, we recommend an arrival transfer in order to guarantee that the start of your trip is problem free.
  • The use of a rental car is recommended.
  • Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include VAT Tax or unless otherwise noted.
  • Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros).  Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit Terms:  

A non-refundable deposit ofz50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.

Final Payment Terms:  

Due 90 days prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).

Cancellation Policy:  

50% deposit is non-refundable.  Bookings canceled within 90 days prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
