PoolVilla Temolo is a traditional Tuscan villa situated in a scenic private estate among the rolling hills south of Florence. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a private infinity pool and a lovely loggia ideal for al fresco dining. The very spacious and bright interior spaces are decorated with terracotta floor tiles and beamed ceilings. The ground floor features a double living room, an elegant dining room and a large traditional Tuscan style kitchen. The five spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom are distributed over the first floor and the attic accommodating ten guests.
For larger groups, the main villa can be rented together with its adjacent two-story finely renovated guest house accommodating six additional guests in three double bedrooms. When Villa Temolo is rented, the guest house is not available for other clients in order to guarantee complete privacy and exclusivity.
Picturesque gardens with century old trees enrich the grounds of the estate offering tranquility and its convenient location makes this property the ideal place for enjoying the beauty of Tuscany. From the charming medieval towns and cities rich in culture and history to wine tasting. During your stay, the communal areas of the estate are at your complete disposal some of which comprise two tennis courts, a shop-cafe with local organic products and the main reception which is available for information and concierge services daily.

Minimum Stay in High Season: 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday). In case of any special request, the minimum stay could be reconsidered.
Minimum Stay Low & Mid-season: 3 nights.
Security Deposit: €1,000 upon arrival to be paid on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Mandatory Visitor’s Tax: €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and applicable for the first 7 nights of the stay to be paid on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Occupancy: Villa Temolo has 5 double bedrooms accommodating 10 persons but for larger groups of 16, it can be rented together with its separate guest house upon request at an additional cost. Temolo Guest House is a completely independent unit with 3 bedrooms accommodating 6 additional persons. When the main villa is booked on its own, the Guest House is not available for other customers in order to guarantee a total privacy.

- The above optional services are available upon request and payable on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Villa Terms:
- Rentals during high season are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights).
- For rentals during low and mid-season, a minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
- A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Check-in is from 4 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out until 10 am. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival. Earlier or late check-in may be available on request but requires advance notice.
- The pool usually opens from May to October depending on the weather.
- Small and medium size pets are allowed but require an advance notice.
- No smoking permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 45 days prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
35% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 45 days prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
