The villa is surrounded by a charming garden with lawns and tall trees, a private swimming pool with sun lounges and lovely outdoor furniture. The main outdoor steps lead to a big iron door which opens onto a lovely loggia. The key characteristic of this property are the arched openings and archways which create a luxurious atmosphere of ancient chic and enhance the elegance of the interior spaces.
The indoor spaces are very bright and spacious with significant views of the Tuscan countryside. The ground floor features a large living room with a cozy fireplace, an elegant dining room with period furniture, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with classic Italian ceramic tiles and one guest room with en-suite bathroom. Three additional lovely guest rooms with en-suite bathrooms can be found in the first floor accommodating a total of eight persons. For larger groups, the main villa can be rented together with its two-story guest house which is located a few steps from the villa. The guest house can accommodate four additional persons in two guest rooms. When the main villa is booked on its own, the guest house is not available for other customers in order to guarantee a complete privacy and exclusivity.
The grounds of the estate rich in picturesque gardens and century old trees offer tranquility to the guests but at the same time, its convenient location makes this vacation rental the perfect place for enjoying the beauty of Tuscany. From the charming medieval towns and cities including Florence, Arrezo, Siena and San Gimignano to the Chianti Wine Region with endless rows of vineyards, olive groves and epic cypress tree-lined driveways. During your stay, the communal areas of the estate are at your complete disposal some of which comprise two tennis courts, a shop-cafe with local organic products and the main reception which is available for information and concierge services in a daily basis.

Minimum Stay in High Season: 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday). In case of any special request, the minimum stay could be reconsidered.
Minimum Stay Low & Mid-season: 3 nights.
Security Deposit: €1,000 upon arrival to be paid on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Mandatory Visitor’s Tax: €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and applicable for the first 7 nights of the stay to be paid on-the-spot in cash and in Euros.
Occupancy: Villa Girolamo has 4 double bedrooms accommodating 8 persons but for larger groups of 12, it can be rented together with its separate guest house upon request at an additional cost. Girolamo Guest House is a completely independent unit with 2 bedrooms accommodating 4 additional guests. When the main villa is booked on its own, the Guest House is not available for other customers in order to guarantee a total privacy.

Villa Terms:
- Rentals during high season are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights).
- For rentals during low and mid-season, a minimum of 3 nights stay is required.
- A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival in cash (in Euros). It will be returned to guests upon departure, after checking if anything has been damaged in the villa.
- Check-in is from 4 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out until 10 am. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival. Earlier or late check-in may be available on request but requires advance notice.
- The pool usually opens from May to October depending on the weather.
- Small and medium size pets are allowed but require an advance notice.
- No smoking permitted.
General Terms:
- For stays in the countryside and rural areas, a rental car is recommended due to the limited transportation.
- Please note that prices are listed in Euros and do not include taxes or unless otherwise noted.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax between €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per night and is applicable for the first 7 nights of a stay. This tax to be paid on-the-spot.
- Extra services may be required to be paid on-the-spot in cash (in Euros). Please check with your villa specialist for more details.

Deposit Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.
Final Payment Terms:
Due 45 days prior to arrival (non-refundable final payment).
Cancellation Policy:
35% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings canceled within 45 days prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
