The three bedroom villa houses two lounge areas including a spacious living room with a fireplace and a loft with a cozy sitting area, an elevated dining area with seating for six guests and a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful handmade ceramic tiles. The bedrooms feature traditional whitewashed walls with bright colourful touches found in the artwork and the soft furnishings. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom while the other two have a shared bathroom. The interiors open out onto a large furnished terrace with a private swimming pool, a whirlpool and uninterrupted sea views, ideal for endless sunbathing and alfresco dining. There is also a barbecue, a wood-oven and an event terrace offering the perfect setting for special occasions. The caretaker lives in a separate unit near the villa on the property grounds.
The property is situated in the village of Imerovigli between the vibrant town of Fira and the picturesque village of Oia. It is easily accessible from the main road, yet enjoys a secluded peaceful location. During your stay you can explore the island by land or sea through a selection of boat trips available, from whole-day trips on larger cruise boats to short trips on sailing-yachts or completely tailored excursions on private motor-yachts. Villa Terms:
- Rentals during high season are for a minimum of 3 nights. For rentals during low season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
- Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 11am. You should contact the villa manager to inform about the approximate time of arrival. In case of a no show or early departure the total amount of the reservation will apply.
- Arrival and departure transfer from and to the airport/port are included in the rental price.
- The property has a maximum capacity of 6 persons.
- Pets are allowed on demand.
- Smoking is allowed only in the exterior areas.
- Mandatory Stayover Tax of €0.50 per night per villa to be paid on-the-spot.
General Terms:
- Due to the fact that there are no street names in most of the cliffside towns in Santorini and properties are not accessible by car in most of the cases, we recommend a mandatory arrival transfer in order to guarantee that the start of your trip is problem free. This will ensure that you will be assisted with your luggage which is not easy to carry in order to reach the property which in some cases include many steps.
- The use of a rental car is recommended.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price should be submitted at the time of reservation to guarantee the booking.

Cancellation Policy
50% deposit is non-refundable. Bookings cancelled within 50 days prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
